I want a love that’s lazy like a Sunday morning,
making its way to a Sunday afternoon.

A love so lazy, we contemplate twice before giving into fights and arguments,
rather invest that energy into bed breaking
love making

A love so lazy,
we waste no words on hear say and insults,
saving vowels and consonants for sweet nothings.

A lazy love,
putting no effort into holding on to the things that hurt us

I want a love that’s lazy like a Sunday morning,
making its way to a Sunday afternoon
and I want it with you.
